My Saturday Meal Plan

1. Breakfast: Steel Cut Oatmeal, chocolate soymilk
2. Snacks:  Seedless watermelon, brownie, lots of water
3. Lunch: Mexican polenta, Baked Scoops and Salsa, Langers juice
4. Snacks:  Bowl (maybe two. usually two) of Apple Jacks, lots of water
5. Dinner: Pineapple Imos pizza, house salad with house dressing, water
6. Dessert: Banana slices with cinnamon, chocolate soymilk
