What's On My Breakfast Menu

1. Yogurt.  Sometimes with Kashi Go Lean Crunch mixed in.
2. Smoothies
3. Fiber One Pop Tarts
4. Kashi TLC Roasted Almond Crunch Bars
5. Cereal.  I love cereal--esp. fruity or ones with fruit in them
6. Muffins that Aaron makes.  Or my favorite ones from Whole Foods.
7. Steel cut oatmeal with banana slices and a little bit of brown sugar and soymilk
8. Blueberry cake donuts, apple fritters, or sugar on the top red jelly filled donuts
