1. Spinach leaves
2. Red onion
3. Orange bell pepper
4. Avocado
5. Celery
6. Hot garbanzo beans
7. A tiny bit if balsamic vinaigrette
8. Garlic salt
9. A little sprinkle of feta cheese
10. A few Kashi 7-grain crackers on the side

I did the same one for lunch, but left out the peppers, subbed in parmesan for feta cheese, and replaced the vinaigrette for a little honey and extra virgin olive oil. Still good. If anyone cares, which is highly unlikely.
