I start out with a few spinach leaves, then add any types of chopped veggies...avocado, red/orange pepper, onion, celery, sweet potato, cucumber, etc. Then I put a smidge of balsamic viniagrette (sometimes), garlic salt, and cover it all with a healthy serving of seasoned, cooked lentils. YUMMY! It's my favorite meal...I eat it almost every day for lunch and sometimes for dinner, too.
