What I Do To Take A Load Off

1. Walk the art museum and bring something to write with
2. Run (not really. I should say this, but I'm not there yet. Maybe soon? Right now its still torturous)
3. Listen to one of my friend Scott's sermons
4. Bake cookies
5. Get in my bed, under the covers, and watch something on TV
6. Yoga
7. Listen to music on headphones while the kids are sleeping
8. Soak in the tub
9. Pray
10. Go get a drink with a friend
11. Go on a walk and get some fresh air and sunshine
12. Eat an orange- those things always make me feel better
