What I Ate Yesterday

1. A bowl of Quaker Oat Squares with blueberries and almond milk and half a banana
2. Spinach salad with roasted asparagus, wheatberries, red quinoa, carrots, edamame, and beets
3. Bowl of plain popcorn
4. Baked sweet potato with greek yogurt, salsa, walnuts, and white cheddar
5. Some peanut butter M&Ms
